Sell it. Buy a Wii U, or build a custom PC if you already haven't. There most likely won't be a jailbreak. Also, Playstations loose resale value more than any other console I know of. That's why I can go down the street and buy a used PSx or PS2 for just $5-$15 that's already been sitting on the shelf for a while. PS3's started at $599 and I can buy them easily right now for anywhere between $75-$125.

Or as @Thelostdeathknight once suggested to me, he could donate it to an underpriviledged child. Trusted devs are few and far between. I already feel like a fool for donating to oct0xor in hopes that he would release the Cobra payload. I completely understand donating to him was my choice and he owes me/us nothing but I did so trusting his word that he would release and that he was on the same side as those of us who are for an open source scene. Also, I think the devs already know what they need to know about the PS3 and have released what they are gonna release without compensation.
