@haz367
going against underwurlde here...
How dare you!
LOL

after getting mine it had some resistors bridging each other on the outer sides, its normal(for 1.2 that is) and perfectly working..they say?
By 'resistors', do you mean the 2 rows of 7 capacitors on the right of the v1.2 PCB (C1 to C14)? If so, then vertical bridging across adjacent capacitors is OK since they are all connected in parallel anyway (apart from C2). Bridging across a capacitor or bridging between the two columns is NOT OK.

If you really DID mean resistors, then look at my reverse engineered ProgSkeet v1.2 thread to see if any shorts are OK. Or just tell me which resistors are shorting and at which ends.

-in Winskeet select double NAND Samsung K9F...,
-at NAND Register the NAND gets recognized via AUTO correctly,
-dump the NAND (hopefully without errors).

Hope this helps.

My problem is that when I have the GND soldered to the pcb board the PC won't detect the progskeet good, it says device doesn't boot or something. the same problem when I have the psb board connected with 3.3V soldered and ribbon cable connected, if I remove the ribbon than it connects
please help

IIRC I no longer had this problem once I powered the NAND/NOR with an ATX power supply.

I thought of that too, gonna try that today, thanks!
Did you power the ps3 with it or just the nand pcb?
EDIT: on pcb board didn't work, will solder to the motherboard now, but where are the 3.3v and ground points on COK-002?

I used the NAND pin itself for 3.3v and on the side opposite the NANDs I found two nice ground points together. Someone else may have a picture showing a different 3.3v point.

ah I will use the pin too, thanks.

EDIT: omg I am so stupid, I use the clip so I can't solder it to the pin -.-

There is a problem with the new progskeet, you won't be able to write back.
