Guys this is sooooooo frustrating, tried almost everything. Cant bring this console back to life. Validated dump with bwe nor validator, all green apart from std Dv ? "Std Dev: 14.0162370827831[DANGER]". Dunno what that means. Attempted flashing a few times still no usb or hdd activity. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Use one of the dumps you had validated a week or so ago, and do this: http://www.ps3devwiki.com/wiki/E3#Fl...for_Debricking

@playerkp420 I soldered the sbe point and enabled fun flasher mode, however even after that and successful flash the ps3 remains the same. Any ideas ?

Are you flashing the correct dump? FII not IFI? You know the one that is e3 flasher style. Not the swap.bin that you use to validate.

Make sure the clip is on securely. To do that:

flash your dump.
empty the sd card.
then make a backup dump.
then compare with HxD under analysis, file compare.

No.

Take your original valid dump. and follow that guide I linked.

@playerkp420 my orginal dump also goes IFI not FFI, I have followed the guide and soldered the correct wire and attempted to flash in fun flash mode. (does the IFI/FFI thing have something to do with bytereversing ? and if so do I flash a bytereversed dump or not, Thanks

Open your dump in HxD. Look at offset 00000200. All the way to the right it should say FI.I

You are using e3 flasher?

You are using E3 Flasher or what?
the one i fixed it for you is IFI Backup? if you are using E3 flasher you have to reverse it
