That is the name of the folder that it made on my usb drive when I copied it from my ps3?

It should not be the name of the folder. It should be the name of the save data within the folder.

Mainly the changes are:
Now you can download/upload the saves directly from/to the PS3 via FTP (no need for USB device)

And...
-some additional check to make the tool dummy-proof.
-Fixed some bugs in the Game Genie patch engine (related to check of file size)
-Added support for advanced commands in the Game Genie patch engine. Example:
