Well, you can dump the game and replace the eboot or you can update to CFW 4.30 and run the game straight from disc.
the only advantage of this hardware is so you can play your pirated games online, which I don´t really approve of.
So ps3tech only plays originals but he buys hardware which only function is to play backed up games....hmmm.
Ok, if you have a messed up BD drive this hardware also serves a purpose, then again you can also play just about every game discless from CFW or DEX.

I did try once on GT5 and i got stuck with higher ofw which i need to bring to the shop to downgrade it. Now i am waiting for the one that can make super slim work so i can buy a new super slim console. I have sold both my fat and slim console.

i laugh at how im the bad one playing unoriginal games, when majority of you run cfw, and play unoriginal games, is it the fact that i paid for a piece of hardware which could of been free. Everyone is out there to make money some way or another, if them type of people disaprove of it, so be it, don't kill the thread. let the people who support it learn from it.
