Well if it's back to working as it was (all be it with a stuck BlueRay disc still) then ignore fuses! (Sorry Mr.Fusey).

BlueRay disc getting stuck sounds like a mechanical problem inside to BR drive itself.

Here comes the bloody obvious noob answers how do you know that the eject fuse hasn't gone

mr.dutch tell him

Check fuses first and whala you know you can rule it out

Joking aside - check you fuses

Double joke aside it could be your eject fuse
Or you could dismantle drive and remove disc and reset all the mechanics
