Progskeet v1.1 USB Not recognized

I have a progskeet v1.1. Windows says usb not recognized when I plug it in. R9 R11 soldered to 3.3v. I forgot already exactly what I have done with it last year. I think I was updating the bitstream when it suddenly no recognized anymore. It was working when I got it. Any way I could check it maybe for blown fuse perhaps? or anyway to salvage it?

U2 looks fried to me? But can't really tell. U2 is the USB interface chip, so if bust could well explain why it is not working. I have some of those chips BTW...

All links look good to go:
R8 linked: thus power from the USB interface should provide power to your ProgSkeet.
R7 linked: thus power from the JTAG interface (such as an InJeCtuS for programming BitStreams) or 'external power' should provide power to your ProgSkeet.
R9 & R11 are linked: Output voltage from FPGA to flash devices will be 3V3 (this is what you want).

Having both R8 & R7 linked at the same time is fine, as long as the InJeCtuS is not connected at the same time as having your 'Skeet connected to a PC via USB.

U2 has glue on top not really fried. I glued a switch there for R7.

I might have linked r8 and r7 both powered by usb and injectus but I can't really remember anymore since I did this last year. What part will get damage if you do this? Maybe I can test it?

I'm from Asia so I'm not really sure with the cost of shipping from me to you and vice versa. I'm just exploring the possibilty if I can still fix it. If not, I can put in the bin since I have teensy and e3.

Probably one of the regulators. To test, connect to a PC via USB. Then test for 5V in and 3V3 and 1V8 output voltages.

PS, don't chuck it! I'll quite happily pay for you to send it to me (dep on cost of course!)
