True blue on 3.55+
Do you need to be on 3.55 to install true blue and if already installed it will it be smart to upgrade on 4.31 then?

Yes you do need to be on 3.55, to install any CFW.
You don't need a true blue dongle, it is outdated. And was a big scam to begin with.

Or you can just update the game's through multiman. That will replace your trueblue eboots with latest original eboots, perfectly working with the latest 4.30 CFW's.
I did it and it works like a charm! |
