console is downgrading and almost accomplished but when plug usb dongle after turn off console then turn on the console back off!(again turn off!)

what the problem?!

If you sow "Connect the controller" screen before u put the dongle then it's okay to go .. if not dont try anything of below

second i guess ur problem solve is the following :
it seems u've entered FSM its good .. now put the usb that has rogero 2.05 and lv2diag.self file in root of it in the most right usb and the ps3 should go busy for about 4~6 min .. then turn off

and u could repatch ur dump with the three muskeeters patch and flash again and never mind for the FSM u could simply connect the controller and install the firmware.
