http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2305692831...84.m1423.l2649 or better still http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-x-D-Batt...item53e57d9515 with 2 D type batteries will give you the required amps btw on the E3 " VCC or BVCC " one powers the E3 the other just powers the led's above the switches if you leave that one off then you will increase the available amps for the ps3's NOR ************* [ - Post Merged - ] *************
that must be a big psu or is it (point 28A) > .28A or 2.8A |

it has more than enough amps to power this. it doesnt push the amps into what ever is plugged into the supply (in this case the E3) it works the other way around. what ever is connected the the power supply draws amps from it so if the E3 connected to the ps3 has a draw of 2amp then thats all it will pull from the supply. the prob is if the supply has a max of 1 amp then the E3 is trying to draw more amps than what the supply can give. if the supply has 20 amps then the E3 will just draw 2amps (if thats all it needs) now voltage is different if the supply is rated at 5v and the the E3 is rated at 3.3v then the suppy will still give it 5v does that clear it up for you? well mr.fuse thats where you come in.
also the clip will be welded to the nor ...... atleast it wont fall off now ![]() ************* [ - Post Merged - ] ************* so 1800mah is saying the battery will last for 1 hour if what is connected has a draw of 1800ma (MilliAmp) or 1.8A if the E3 + ps3 nor has a draw of 2A then your looking at aprox 45min of battery power (before the battery weekens) Last edited by baileyscream; 02-26-2013 at 04:44 PM. |

I had checked my power supply again and it said Orange 3.3V -- 28A, so i'm sure that it will gives PS3 board enough current, but maybe some thing wrong.
So i'll try to test it later then feedback. |
