Ps3 turns on for 1-3 sec then it turns off no beeps no light.

Hi sorry if i am posting on the wrong section.
My friend give me a ps3 slim claiming that it is not working at all. He told me that he gives the ps3 to somebody to downgrade and the other guy returned it as is. The problem is here the ps3 does not stay on. When i turn it on i have a green light for 1-3 sec then it turns off no beeps no lights at all, than to repower it on i have to push the on button i get a the red standby on than agin the same story. I opened it myself i am familiar with ps3 repairing. I checked the psu is ok and the dvd drive is ok and the hard drive is on also the fan is ok. I was trying to read the nor but the ps3 wont stay on, even wirh the tritate to sbe point on e3 and even with the tristate to ground. So i builded up a self powered e3 like BwE but i cannot read the nor of ps3. Can anybody help me to keep my ps3 on so i can use e3 flasher? Also the other guy does not have a backup of the nor. Pleaseeeee

there is off coarse risk, but what you have to lose.
what you will be using, heat gun or BGA work station

Just make sure the PS3 not halted when connected TRISTATE to GRD point.
also check for blown fuse cut traces specially near the Nor if downgrade is attempted

the fuse is probably F6300...just guessing. , but the nor could also not be read with a self powered flasher.

do you actually have 3,3V on the nor?, just to be sure it's getting power.
