hard drive
i have a cech-4003a ps3 model the 12gb version which uses flash memmory i have tried putting an old laptop hard drive and an old 60gb ps3 hard drive in to my ps3 to extend the system storage because 12gb isnt a lot but it doesnt seem to recongnize the hard drives at all , i am on 4.31 ofw
any help pls |

Have you tried format the HDD on your pc/laptop first?..After that put in the new hdd to your super slim, and it should then recognize the hdd as needing to be re-formatted for use on PS3.
