this is the first time facing this problem , after finish the last step two the ps3 did not start . its start but directly the light goes red .

That guide doesn't tell you about validating your .bin file so you need to check it or get it checked by someone here: http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=48432

You got past the Step 1 folder?

If you did, it sounds like you had the wrong PUP file on the USB. Did you use Rogero v3.7?

That video is a brick maker. You really shouldn't of used it.

But I think your dump must be valid, if you made it that far in the guide. If it wasn't you would of bricked sooner. So just follow that guide above, and it will fix your PS3.
