then clean the linker board
take a shot of that.

i am thinking either a short on the points or a lifted trace.

but no pics no help.

its a waste of everyones time to try and guess whats wrong we need images so we can take a close look and see if we can see the fault

just turn the knob 8 steps left, you are now at the 200ohm range, connect the two probes to each other, read the value in the display, and then connect the probes to both sides of the fuse, you should read almost the same value.

check all fuses i showed you the wrong fuse.
