Red face YLOD IMMEDIATELY AFTER REBALLING

Hi, my ps3's fan was running loud lately; and then the system turned off of all the sudden, I did a reflow on rsx, and it worked. After that, I sent it to a pc work shop to reball the gpu, I met a worker today and I tried to power the ps3. Next, it blinked red lights right after I power it for about 0.5 to less than a second, which indicates that the gpu isn't making contact to the mobo. In addition to that, the owner told me that, he probably used a wrong type/size of balls.

Can you please help me identifying the problem? What is the correct balls size?
What should I also consider?

Sorry for my retarded english. Regards.

yeah that sounds like a reflow there bro, I had mine reballed and its fine, running like it was brand new. Its either he relowed it or did a HORRIBLE reball job and didnt know what he was doing lol.

take it back and ask for a refund, or patch work. Most times they offer a 30-90day warantey

ok name and shame time.

who is he?

also the damn stencil has the ball size stamped on it. so he shouldnt have asked for a ball size!

its a company you took it to?
company insurance covers this so get a replacemet console from them or get a solicitor.
do not touch that ps3 untill you get a replacement or legal advice.

I examined the stencil and it seems a good one, the problem is I took it to a pc work shop, because, there are no ps3 re-balling stores here in my country! they do reflow only. On top of that, I dont even know how can he damage the chip, I think he damaged surround chips or ICs!. Thank you all for helping, I think my last attempt is to try to replace the chip from another board.
