No more Install Package Files

Ok people I kind of need your help.

I had kmeaw cfw 3.55 installed on my ps3 and I wanted to install rogero's cfw 4.30. I read that in order to do that it would be best if I installed ofw 3.55.

So, then I downloaded ofw 3.55 from downloads on this site, ofw 3.55 uloaded by @Pirate .

After that I followed this tutorial "Upgrade from 3.55 CFW to Rogero 4.21/4.30 CFW - PS3" from youtube , installed the ofw 3.55 but then on the next step I encounter the problem... It says to make sure that my ps3 is qa flagged.

I downloaded toggle qa from nicolas rogero tutorial thread.

So i put that on my usb drive, inserted it in my ps3 but I can't install it because there is no more Install package files in my "Game" menu.
Is there some other way I have to install that, through recovery menu or something else because I don't understand what happened. I read tutorial threads for everything I was supposed to do to upgrade from kmeaw 3.55 to rogero cfw 4.30 and I can't seem to find the answer.

I never updated my ps3 firmware... When I bought it i immediately jailbroken it to kmeaw 3.55, and 3.55 has to be the highest firmware that was ever installed...

What should I do know? If the solution is simple or really stupid(if there is one) forgive me... I'm pretty much a noob at this stuff.

I would really appreciate your help.

because you didn't ever downgraded from other cfw there wasnt need to go to ofw ( that is for dehashing after 4.21 to 3.55 cfw for example) install 3.55 cfw again and then use qa or rebug toolbox(more easier)
