Your Dump is Valid My Friend.
Run it through BwE Validator you will see also it is very valid

Not Valid at All
you could run it in any validator and see it throw a lot of errors

how to get your dump checked 1st CHECK IT YOURSELF. i have a guide and @playerkp420 has a guide. so follow one 2nd CHECK IT AT PS3DEVWIKI make sure you have what looks like a valid dump 3rd RUN THE DUMP IN BwE nor validator done the 3 steps? right then now you can get a second opinion

Hi, i have sent my dump to the dumpcheck @ hotmail . co . uk

i have used baileyscream's guide to dump my flash using teensy as my tool

I have checked the dump manually using both baileyscream's guide and ps3devwiki. Also used norpatch, Flowrebuilder and BwE NOR validator

i would like a second opinion

Yes i am with you in this point, a lot of people try to downgrade and do not have the basics,
but at first the PS3 Wiki was a bit complex for me but once you dig deep into it and concentrate, it becomes easy to understand.

Edit: i Think Bailys guide is one of the best guides for Downgrading,
