Save file has been damaged. HELP ! - PS3Hax Network

Hi,I'm new here and I hope to find a solution for my problem help so please help me .
Ok,so I've tried the Bruteforce save date to edit my Resident Evil 6 save file hoping to get the Training Skill, but after a few attempt,I decide to give up and play normally and when i tried to put my original save file into my PS3,I somehow messed up the edited save file with my original save file and got my original save file vanish,now I can't load my save game as it says that it had been damaged , can anyone please help me restore back or revert the edited save game into the original save so I can play.

Do I need to upload the edited/damaged save file here ? If so I don't know how so I would be glad if someone teach me.
Please help me,I've invested quite some time on this game and I don't want to replay everything

The lesson here is to always make a backup.

I have no idea if you can recover this, but upload your save file and I'm sure @gingerbread @phantomdibb or @aldostools might have an idea, or be able to advise you

... its a long shot.

They might know a repo for getting save files that are comparable to the progress you were at and making it work for you so you dont lose too much.

I have backup my savefile a lot of times but its nowhere to be seen in my selected folder so I just put it in a new folder but it somehow messed up with the edited save file. By the way,how do I upload my save file here ?

1. On the XMB (cross media bar), go to the Game section.
2. Go to Game Saves
3. Put in your memory stick
4. Find the game save you want to copy/backup, highlight it and hit the Triangle button.
5. Choose the menu option to Copy
6. Hit the X button on the memory stick and let it copy.

Winrar/zip the file up and upload it to anonfiles, rghost or sendspace.

Edit : I am sorry that your save got corrupted. There is nothing you can go to restore your save. Rule .1 All ways backup your saves.
But if you are on CFW you are in luck, sort of. I understand that you don't wish to start the game again. You can use CodeUnique. There is a RE6 Cheat for CU. It will make your life easier. If you are on OFW. Try going to the save data section in this forum. There are couple of threads where kind members would help you to apply game genie codes to your new saves. Try requesting there.

@gingerbread I'm using an OFW so I guess there's no way for me to get my poor save file back... But thanks for your advice anyway,at least I could stop worrying and start moving on,I'm sorry to trouble you again but I really does not know my way to the forum you're talking about the putting cheat on my save file,could you please send me the link or something so I can post or request help at the proper category on this forum so I would not break the rules at this forum and do I need to provide my new save file or I could just wait for help ?

Since you are on OFW, you are better of getting Game Genie. Dummy proof and no brainer.

@gingerbread Thank you so much for your help,I wouldn't solve my problem so fast if it wasn't you,I have just 1 last question,will I get banned if I play online using game genie or I should just log out whenever playing ?
