New method to get consoleid OFW? - PS3Hax Network

Im new to this and just picking up the proper terms, I started looking into this because I wanted to be able to use a game save from one ID on my machine with another ID on my machine, a vanilla 4.31 ofw ps3 or my second older fat 60 gigger so I found bruteforce and save resigner, sounded like the right answer, went through the setup and needed my console ID so I did the wireshark packet capture and search that is all over the net and couldnt find the id, and then became aware through some other boards that this method was patched in the last couple of weeks.

So does that mean resigning your own game saves no longer works if you didnt already have your consoleid before they patched a few weeks ago?

As I understand it used to be in clear text and is now encrypted when it is sent from your machine to PSN and have seen hints that there might be a new way to obtain it using a passphrase proxy as opposed to the usual normal proxy.

As I said my ps3 is an original firmware vanilla ps3 version 4.31, so is there a new method or tool to get the console id for save resigning and game patching with bruteforce?

Don't think it's possible on OFW now. You would probably need an E3 Flasher to get the ID.

Afaik the ONLY way to get console id from ofw obove 3.55 is a NAND or NOR dump.

when i Drag n Drop the Param.SFO, the program closes.This program finds PSID NOT CONSOLE ID .... I only need the console id to configure the brute force

The Bruteforce tool is also working without your Console ID. I used it myself and i dont insert my Console ID

And the App works perfectly for me:
