PS3 become hot on HDMI

hi
i have a 80 g fat ps3 that become very hot and noisy when i use hdmi
cpu temp go up to 82 c in mm menu(idle) and the fan runs at full speed after 7-8 minutes(gpu temp is 50-60 in idle)
but when i use av cable its very quiet and cool(max cpu temp=72 after running 20 min of u2)
is that means its going to be ylod or there is another problem?

As @BwE said,
you need to change the thermal and the adhesive beteween the CPU itself and the IHS (Metal cover over the CPU. and you need a pro to do it.
