Hi

I tried downgrade my ps3 to 3.55 no luck!!!

Entering FSM then plug usb with update files after 20s from green flashing red!

Unplug USB and update_log is 0kb nothing there.

Right i flashed back console booted just fine.

Console are with different BD drive in it does the drive cause the problem or bad patch?

I use this hardware to do so.

you should downgrade to Rogero 3.55 V3.7 even if the BD drive not connected if your ps3 is dsowngradable

COK-002 Board ps3 is downgradable.

Console works if i flash it back to my dumps.

Is it bad patched?

Reason of downgrade is to get drive married!!!

so it went from solid green to a flashing green.

thats a simple fix.

just re-format the usb stick (full format not fast format) put the files back on and plug it back in.
turn on ps3 and it should do it now.

this has happened to me many times now.

I just downgraded SEM-001 with same USB flash no problem

All it does is from 20seconds say max to one min its on green then beep flashing green then red and keep flashing

Dose not matter if you just downgraded one or not. Do a format as advised and all should be fine. I've used the same USB stick on many of consoles, every now and again I get a console that don't want to read USB stick, and I have to do a full format as well.

did you remember to put the hdd back in?

after this i dont know what it is.

i suppose you can use the 3 musketeers patch and go direct to 4.30cfw without using the fsm

did you full format the usb or was it a possibility that the hdd was not in?
