help about downgrading/installing CFW
first of all hello to everyone.
i got ps3 ~2 weeks ago and i dont know a lot about 'em. so, my problem is following:since original games are ridiculously expensive in my country the only way for me to play them is to mod/jailbreak my ps3. console is CECHC04 and it is currently on 4.21 OFW. -could anyone recommend CFW that runs almost every game or at least vast majority of 'em,preferably CFW for newer games(i don't care if watching movies or network is unavailable-games only). -is it complicated to install CFW? -is it possible to change CFW providers-if i am on one CFW provider and want to change to some other? -how often do those CFW providers update their version for newer games? -if my CFW is on lets say 4.30 and the game i download says 3.55, will the game work? thanks for helping.

You need a hardware flasher to downgrade to 3.55 before you can install CFW. Once you downgrade, go for Rebug 4.30.2.

It depends on the stability of the CFW, if it's really stable (like Rebug), it doesn't get updated very often. If it's not really stable, then it does get updated often. All games work on 4.30 CFW, including 4.31 games.
