Burning ps3 games? help.
So now the hotswap method works for running ps1 backups on the ps3 super slim i think what the swap trick used on the xbox 360 to play moded games might have a chance in working. you know were you hotswap the original GTA disk with a modded GTA disk. how would i go around burning a ps3 game i have burned xbox 360 ps2 and ps1 games but never a ps3 game. any help would be great DONT HATE ITS JUST AN IDEA!

@HulkWogan The second video is his: http://www.ps3hax.net/2013/03/run-ps...uper-slim-ps3/ He was the first to post the method for Super Slims on YouTube, though the method may be old, the exact way of doing it on Super Slims was not knowm. @D.T.A You will need a Blu Ray burner, but i don't think this method will work with PS3 games, but who knows. |

So Sony meticulously patch exploit after exploit and leave a method that worked on the psx.
Psx copies is one thing but blu ray? Surely not. The thing is some Chinese guy has likely already tried, and if we ain't buying it already then it didn't work, btw take no offence mate we are just joking. |

For all the security Sony has on their PS3, if they let something as simple as being able to play PS3 backups by hot-swapping discs slip by them then they'd be....
I don't know, but they'd be something. |

It is impossible. It will close out to XMB after the Eboot stops loading from the disk.

You cannot say that this is really impossible if you didn't try it yourself.
@D.T.A If I had a Super Slim I would give it a try, you just need to burn the files on a bluray disc and try the hotswap method. I would also try it with burned DVD discs with PS2 games.
