well i've been looking through the files and some of the xml stuff had a website, http://home.scedev.net and you can register to develop for home. someone should try to register and see if it will lead anywhere.

This is not for the purpose of playing Home, it's for understanding the in-game executables and other files to help us get a better understanding of the PS3 and it's network structure.
