Can't view ISO movies on PS3?

I am new at this forum. Pirate, is there a way to view my PC movies that are in ISO format on my PS3 network share? or someone or a posting posted already?

What do you think? If the PS3 could read ISO formats then we weren't so anger to hack te PS3?

if its an iso than its probably a vcd or svcd im guessing so you could simply take the AVSEQ.DAT files and play them; or use software to fully transode the video

If you use my program (its on this site PS3Filesorter) it will put videos images and that lot in to the correct place for the ps3 using a usb stick.

But ISO's are not a video format but a whole disc image just like the other people have said you would need to either burn the iso to a cd/dvd and try it or grab the video from the pc and place it in the correct place.

just remembered, vlc can play isos and bin/cue files and can transcode to other formats so that may be your best choice
