buffer error
i am using a gentoo livedvd on my ps3.
whenever i open the console (ALT+CTRL+F2) i get these errors which stop me from being able to use the console. "buffer I/O error on device sr1, logical block 2104 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 2105 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 2106 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 2107 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 2108 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 2109 end_request: I/O error, dev sr1, sector 8656 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 8672 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 8912 printk: 122 messages suppressed does anybody know what these errors mean and how to fix them?
