To Allocate more to OS need to redo install process? - PS3Hax Network

I am curious, after speaking with some people last nite in chat. One mentioned you can allocate 70gb to other OS if have the 160gb drive.

Is there anyway to do this without needing to reinstall everything? From the linux side can allocate more of the drive?

It's not possible, that i know of.
You can only allocate 10GB to GameOS or OtherOS and the rest is left to the other on the ps3 hdd

You can only allocate 10GB for linux or 10GB for the XMB and you can't do anything from the linux part as it runs as a virtual machine

I wouldn't say that it runs as a virtual machine, it just runs very limited by the hypervisor :-/
