This will not work on a 40GB PS3 due to the fact it needs Swap Magic which is a PS2 disc and the PS3 40GB cant boot PS2 Games including Swap Magic.

this is a ps2 program which is loaded thru swap magic coder version (3.6+ or 3.8)

swap magic is allways needed to boot the software from the pen drive

this occurs bc there is no way to make the actual swap (only by the switch mod , which was the actually the first way to boot ps2 backups on the ps3 but it involved opening up the ps3 and installing a switch)

what i need someone to tell me is if this is an actual "ISO LOADER" or if it works by installing the ps2 game to the hard drive, just like the usbadvance for the ps2 slim, and if all gamnes are compatible.

It works exactly like usbadvance because it is usb advance. Ifcaro managed to get it working on the ps3.
Not all games are compatible but most of the ones I tested so far worked

what about ISOs that are over the 4gb fat32 file size limit?
fat32 is the only file system that the ps3 recognizes on USB memory sticks. it's said that Sony can't for legal and technical reasons add NTFS support, since Microsoft hasn't disclosed sources for it.
