Why do you need all that space....? I get it if there is a hack and you can get games onto your HDD but downloading demos music and stuff doesn't need that much space... When/If there is a way to load proper full games off HDD i will consider getting a 500GB HDD or a 1TB if possible ;P

Worth it if you want lots of stuff on there such as demos and PSN games. I have like 36 demos and 6 or 7 PSN games on mine :P Still have 58GB free (I have a 120GB HDD)

as for me 40gb is very well, something else like movies or music, all is on my computer(500+160GB), but i want to have more than 100GB on PS3 because now is only 3GB free.

Only reason you would need that much is for Movies. Which can fill up a HDD quick

Exactly. You can never have enough HD movies for instant viewing on your PS3.

Not at all. As I said earlier it can fill up quickly with game data, updates and DLC as well as demos.
