Good TuT, personally i use Swissknife v.3 to format fat32, pretty handy to keep on your p.c. Also i convert .mkv to .vob instead of .avi, which video format would be the best for the ps3? My .vob videos work really well, just curious if .avi would work better.

its more simple if you use the last version of mkv2vob, it can make a avchd disc or usb stick. and if you want subtitles it accept srt.
i use it for my 720p tv shows. it take less then 5min to do it.
