I've been using PS3Proxy and I have been able to go to the "Manage Trial" option in my browser. I never logged into the site, and it says I'm logged in and everything. Also, when I click "Enable" and go to check my ps3, it says disabled, partly because I changed https into http to be able to make the site show up in the PS3Proxy log because I am lazy. Now, is there any way to sniff the traffic that is sent to/from my PS3 when I click on the Enable or Disable buttons on my PS3/Browser?
There might be a possible exploit here, because it seems that you can change browser properties by clicking a simple button. This MIGHT not be true because there might be something on the PS3 that tells it do stuff when that button is pressed. Also Source: <input type="submit" name="ctl00$DefaultContent$btnEnableKidsPS3" value="Enable" onclick=" set_service(2); document.getElementById('ctl00_DefaultContent_JSEnabled').value = '1';" id="ctl00_DefaultContent_btnEnableKidsPS3" /> I believe by looking at this it just simply has an url that enables something when it is inputted into the PS3, but still, this you might be able to exploit this. |
