Anyone make a SNES/NES emulator for the PS3 that doesn't need Linux?
Does anyone make one that I can play SNES/NES (WITH sound of coutse) roms on that'll run on the PS3 SLIM 120GB w/o Linux?

How would it run?
Other than BD ROMs and a BD writer which would cost more than a SNES or a PC that can run SNES emulators.

only way then would be to do it on your pc, or get a PS2 & do it.....
OR you could write your own flash/java emulator, embed it into a website & myabe do it that way......there is a NES emulator for firefox called FireNES,....maybe they can help you |

The only way you'd be able to snes/megadrive roms on your ps3 is to have an old 60GB/80GB PS3 that has the Emotion Engine, found in the early revisions of the PS3, or the Software Emulation-(found in the later 60GB/80GB units <--- Allowed for the playback of PS2 games. You would of needed to have to use the Swap Magic disk (PS2) to boot up the elf.
Hope this helps XD Last edited by gliitch; 12-09-2009 at 01:00 AM. |
