Made this Post shorter so its more organized.

Here is a final revision of my easy to use PS3 coldboot creator.

UPDATE 1:
Changes:
Version is now 1.0a (because its a small update)
Added Fill resize option
Saves a preview in output folder
Added a "Specify Output" option to change output location

Planned:
A fade in/out effect has been requested, I might or might not get to that.

Release:
This is version 1.0 of a new revision of PCLCv2.
Adjustment settings:
Resize, Reposition.
There are also presets like Stretch, Zoom, anchor to top left/top right/top center/center left/center/center right/bottom left/bottom center/bottom right.

Planned:
A modded version of this will be used in a dynamic theme creator I will be working on.
A Fill resizing option might come in later update.

Edit: What would be great is if people can upload their pre-made boot logos since people like me are not that great at making awesome ones

Thanks mate this is a really cool program .

Can you make it a fullscreen dds file so I could put a logo anywhere on the screen without having to change the script manually?

Also I was thinking of making some templates for coldboots (boot logo). Say maybe a glowing logo, a simple moving logo postion A to position B or a rotating/spinning 3d model logo. It would take me a week or so to do but what do you think? and could you add something like that to your program?

Fixed a boo boo sorry everyone lol, fixed a problem while running the program but version number stays the same....
