Looking at the easiness of this process I doubt if Bethesda is really interested in releasing Dawnguard DLC (or any DLC) for the PS3 ...

the issue with crossbow might come from the fact that a bunch of stuff for it was added in a PC update before the DLC was released (animations and other stuff). it was how modders found out what was in the DLC before it release since what was contained in a game update. I have no idea which update PS3 is at
 The missing voices....hmmmm the ps3 might not like the dawnguard BSA you could try repacking it like CK mods were for oblivion and fallout on ps3 (you can probably find the old threads on here about it)

Did those stuff on a couple of other games on PS3.
First of all, to fix the audio issue you need to convert the audio files to ATRAC3+ and remove with a HEX editor their RIFF header and then add them on the audio folder they were. Next find the audio files index and change the extensions/filenames to correspond the new files. Also about the missing/freezing/buggy places I bet it's because of texture size/format, you need to fix those to correspond the firmat and size of PS3's port.

Seriously this is very cool and something i had been hoping would be done i love bethesda games but they are sooo buggy but some of the best gaming eva but i play skyrim on 360 i was happy about that once i heard dawnguard would not be coming to ps3 due to ram issues which amazed me but i figured someone out there with a modded ps3 would do it and it makes me happy i mean cmon dawnguard sure but no hearthfire too thats just silly!

Ps3 is on 1.06 which is technically 1.07 which was a ready patch for dawnguard and other bug fixes. Which is probably why this "mod" actually works. ^_^ still though this is awesome, at least one of the dlc is functional on ps3 ^_^
