I've just upgraded from kmeaw to Rogero 4.30 v.2.05 and I'm having trouble with some games.

Quite a few are hanging on black screen after I've mounted them with multiman and won't progress any further. Whereas some are working straight away with no difficulty.

are there any common issues or something I'm not doing right that might be causing this? I don't think I need to bother with EBOOT fixes on rogero now do i? even if they are older games?

Yes you need to bother with eboot fixes.

That's your issue right there.

Apply an update to the game in question to get around changing the old eboot, or resign the old eboot with TASR 1.81.

download and install as a PKG

(When I updated from KMEAW to Rogero 2.05, I had kept 95% of my original eboots backed up with my backups, so it was easy to fix. For the last few I just used updates to get around the error.)

Just carried out the update on one of the unresponsive games and it's back to working fine. Thanks again for the advice, bit of a noob question in the end but I'm happy with the result!
