Hi, I just re-joined the scene after my jailbroken CECHA01 Unit died for a 4th time and would not resurrect through re-flowing.

Searched long and hard for a decent unit below OFW 3. but eventually caved in and got me a 3.01, after a 3 year absence.

So Hi everyone.

BTW: I have 2 questions for any friendly advise givers:

1- My old backups ran flawessly in KMEAW CFW 3.41 on Gaia and Open Backup. I thought that 3.555 Rogero 4.31 + Multiman 4.18 would run them as well, but - NOPE! Do I need to patch manually, or is this simply a flag thing?

2- What torrent site is safe now, should I be lazy and not want to do my own dumps for the games I own? I remember piratebay was taken over by FBI, or something

1) QA flag, im not sure. Since a long time im not on CFW (months) someone will reply to that.

2) Don't ask about that. If you are lazy enough to not patch your own dumps, you can use google for get better info.

If all your old backups have modified eboots etc for 3.55 then you'll need to either update them or rip them again. Effectively they need to be clean rips.

If your machine is connected to the internet, it should prompt to update the games, and then they should then work. If it doesn't there is a program floating around here somewhere so you can manually update them.
