Sony Says Sorry For PS3 Firmware 3.41 HDD Problem
Recently, i reported here , that some people were having problems upgrading their HDD's after they updated to 3.41, Sony previously refuted the claims, saying that the firmware wasn't to blame and that it was the HDD's that people were using.
CVG(Computer And Video Games), has reported that Sony has appologized for this problem and have released a new version of 3.41, they quoted Sony saying this:

im sorry .......we are sorry , SORRY, sony's new pitch shouldnt be "it does everything" they should just stamp the box "SORRY" and be done with it .

Hey, this is already a huge start...Sony saying "Sorry" is about as revolutionary as Apple saying, "We are not perfect". Sony stole OtherOS from over 10 million people in the USA alone, and they never said sorry for that.
Oh, and the box art should not say, "Sorry"...it should say, "This price is only for a rental; Sony reserves the right to remove features from this product at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, thus it is impossible for an individual to own a PS3." ...If the PS3 had said that when I got mine, I would not have gotten it...but I also would not be taking Sony to court. |

It mentions they have a "new 3.41"....
This might mean please update to the "new 3.41" your new HDD will work perfectly,nothing is different..Oh appart from not been able to run JB. |

This thread is almost two months old, Sony released the patch, shortly after the original release, which was before Jailbreak was around. |
