Is it possible to edit the standard theme?
Is it possible to edit the standard XMB theme like on the PSP? Because I would like to be able to change the color of the background to a color that's only available with the time of day.

it's possible, but it's easier to rip the dev_flash and use jaicrab and just replace the 001.p3t (don't have the time to lookup file-extension atm) with your own
