Sony vs PSJailbreak Resellers Court Case delayed
Today was the court day in Australia for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited & Anor v Ozmodchips Pty Ltd & Ors.
The hearing today was supposed to be about the current active injunction (that was set earlier by court), and Sony was supposed to either extend the injunction on prove that PSJailbreak contained copyright Sony code (which we discovered it did not). If Sony had failed to prove this, then OZModchips and other Australian resellers could start selling PSJailbreak again. However the court case was pushed to Friday as the Judge was busy, so it seems the scene has to wait a few more days to see the verdict. |

I think sony realized they can't stop it.They're trying to delay it as much as possible, probably paid the judge off lol.

Judge- uhuh what sony?? can't that wait?? i am a little busy right now!! its 1pm i got to lunch for ****s sake!!!! We will postpone this to friday!!!!!!!!

Well, they did their part, they were told to give up all samples and not sale between the notice and August 31st.....well, they didn't get the shipment and the court case is delayed....so, wednesday than can sell (if they get their stock on the 1st as expected) while Sony diddles themselves trying to stop it....

The judge busy?
Probably holding on until HIS psjb arrives before going on with the case just in case sony win lol. So does this mean the Aussies are ok to carry on from tomorrow or must they still stop?
