How about we get some improvements in posting for our donations? Having x,xxx, xxx users doesn't mean much when most are as intelligent as a dead toad. We need more accurate postings, if it's technical explain it!, stop posting every little nonessential memory/sfo patch unless it really does something!
Pirate: You could handle a small site, but this is getting pretty retarded. How about you clean **** up and then ask for money? |

How about you go and create your own site, so we can all join and criticize you, also as i said before, stop acting like a dictator, it just makes you look ignorant and foolish, we post what we want, this is a PS3 site and we post PS3 news, maybe you will understand that, but i doubt it. |

Im quite the one for having a conversation, but what im not going to do, is have someone insult this site and its members, which you have done twice. Also i didn't avoid any of your points, i told you we aren't going to let you try to dictate what we should and shouldn't post. |

To be honest if a person does not understand what the post says from the explanation (if its a bit to technical), chances are the person probably won't understand what to do with it anyways. And this is a news/press site, we have many visitors here with a wide array of interests and news they come here to read about. Just because its not "big" does not mean someone does not find it interesting. Also if we stopped updating users on say new revisions of BM, emulators etc..there really wouldn't be any point to read up on PS3 scene news would there :P? |

Pirate. Thanks for being more diplomatic. Good point. Have you ever though that some clarification on what the news item (be it a boot manager, patch, etc ...) does, how it does it and what practical use it has might help with the "confusion" factor. I see a lot of people (including myself) who don't have the time to keep up with everything or are "new" that are left just scratching their heads.
I just can't see help funding a site that in all honesty is worth of lot of money and could be (if not already is) raking in the advertisement doe. Why? Disorganization, misinformation and the need for clarification. I'm not trying to dictate policy, but give in my 2 cents (per say). |

Well, we do categorize the news postings on the front page, and most of our members go to the front page anyways.
So for example, if you wanted to see latest news on backup managers you would see the BM category: http://www.ps3hax.net/category/ps3-h...ckup-managers/ News related to official Sony FW: http://www.ps3hax.net/category/ps3-h...cial-firmware/ News related to PSGroove/ports/payloads: http://www.ps3hax.net/category/ps3-h...ove-ps3-hacks/ And so on (the categories can be viewed @ front page) We try to keep it organized as best as possible - granted we are not a Wiki so its the most best way but there is always room for improvement. The PS3 scene right now is so booming that its becoming difficult keeping up with the new releases (i.e so many modifications, versions, types of backup managers each with its own unique feature). Its a scene wide issue on the organization of homebrew, you have PSXstore here, and another one there and so on - and I do see and acknowledge that as in issue and how finding/browsing/tracking homebrew can be overwhelming. And with the continuous app upgrades by independent authors, its becoming increasingly difficult to stay "up to date" on each and every authors update. I am still trying to figure out the best way to organize the scene releases, and keep everything "up to date" and organized. |
