just psp games i think but the problem for the psp emulator will be the video quality because of its screen size.

when they have a wii, ps2, and xbox, plus easy ps3 backups and psp emulation than I will be in heaven

Did everyone look at yout PS3 Flash?

When I look there I see folders named:

-ps1emu
-ps2emu
-pspemu

I have downloaded them to my PC, so I can share them if needed

I see those in my slim ps3 as well, If he is working on a home brew, I would think he has the ability to hack/mod with one of the usb boards, so I don't think he will need it, besides its Sony's code so he might not want to use it anyway
