will report back in 10
Kk tested hermes payload, can confirm it working for me. Something must of been wrong with your rockbox. tested 4 games. I used my rockbox that i had on there for awhile and no problems just by replacing the files in .rockbox folder.

GTAIV-Black screen from hermes payload, works perfectly with disc
Resident Evil 5 - Worked perfectly
Ridge Racer - Worked perfectly
Red Dead Redemption- Worked perfectly

Rockbox needs to be restarted every time you wanna jailbreak the ps3, leaving it on to hack every time won't work. Hopefully comnpatibility issues with hermes payload will be sorted out eventually so i can use my second ps3 with dead BD.

which devices?????

right, i have found this player:

http://www.play.com/Electronics/Elec...at:MP3+Players

it is dirt cheap, and says:

Package Contents:
Sansa c200 Series Player
USB 2.0 transfer cable (Universal connector to USB)
High quality earphones
Lanyard
Quick Start Guide
Stereo headphones

so does that mean this port will work on this device? its called a C240, so it is just worrying me a bit, if it DOES work on this mp3 player then this could be a VERY cheep way of getting PSGroove working!!!!!

The hermes payload on the first page posted by Armen1er worked for me, if anything, it might not work on all builds of rockbox, I'm not really sure.
