as for taking action against any "big S" action on us we just all have to remember, no piracy talk. AT ALL no asking for links, compiled sony sdk homebrew, copying borrowed/rented/downloaded games as NONE of us on here do that ok! the sdk should be talked and discussed about in a theoretical manner as NONE of us have used it if we only discuss backups that we legally own they can copy/paste all they want in court. this site is a wealth of information and it would be heartbreaking to see it closed. dont give the "big S" any ammo to send their "big S hit squad" (rather fitting name XD) after us. a little paranoia is good for you once in a while.

I wonder why we see so much attention to some people, but we don't see any reference to famous hackers like SKFU and Mathieulh! But, most of all, someone should really give an explanation about why SONY hasn't focused on Demonhades, who has been proved to have illegal SONY internal documents leaked and done some VERY ILLEGAL work?

this site will have no problem as sony may own the ps psp ect but they dont own the letters and ps3hax being all one word will not come under the use or ps psp ect also they will fail with the court action against these people as just like say a gun its not ilegal to build one or sell one only when used to shoot somone is a ilegal act peformed ie us putting the jb in the ps3 and activating it the only problem may come in the form of selling sony code without the rights to it and sony would have to show this is the case if they fail with this all sales will be legal again

yeah we know that and you have a point there, kian, other thing though sony should start sueing adobe also, they use PS that stands for photoshop.
