Thanks for the help so far, this is really embarrassing. If someone could fetch Log Test.7z from google code and test it. It should output a file with the same name as your game with .txt added. The contents should hopefully help me narrow the issue down. Here's an example of what I get.

Log WAS here, it's not anymore
and that repeats as log as I leave the game run.

Hi there Robo Hobo,

I just wanted to say that it probably isn't a good idea to start posting pkgs on your Google Code's Archive page, as we shouldn't forget that these are compiled and made with Sony's SDK. You could probably end up having your entire Google Code project killed just for that alone, and we (SNES9x/FCEU) probably would be caught in the crosshairs as well out of simple contempt by Sony for any project having their 'copyrighted' name PS3 plastered to it.

Just a friendly word of advice.

Doesn't work on my machine though - compiled it for myself. Tried .nes, .gba ROMs. They're on a USB stick though.

got the pkg's before they were removed (both the one compiled for 3.41 and the log test pkg) havent run teh log test but reguardless if i used hermies v4b OR KaKa's PL3, nothing at all loads for me. i have an 80Gb BC phattie on 3.41. tried loads from HDD and USB, even sd and memory stick.. nada. on Anything.

but you could do to avoid having google to kill you and square's project in teh crossgire. keep teh source hosted. and make an guide on How to compile. that would leave teh user at fault if sony catches em for having downloaded the SDK.

Impossible...yes what DID you do to get them working! I wonder. I never compiled anything, maybe thats why? But even then everyone is saying they compiled and still didn't work. So I'm confused. x.x;
