Re: PKG encryption

You really think you could break the Sony encryption all by yourself? I don't wanna flame you, don't get me wrong - but you are silly and make no sense. You think Sony made a encryption that any of us could brake just by opening it with a decryption application?

This is sort of a dejavu. As splodger15 said, your plan was simmiliar to the one when guys maent to break the Sony encryption, and guess what - they got nowhere. I agree that swaping discs will get you nowhere, but if you are trully skilled try something else. I'm no coder and I stated it previously, I'm more of a creative person than a programmer, but I think that you got yourself into an impossible situation.

I think that Sony wouldn't be that stupid, as you can see no one managed to hack the PS3 - so you can conclude that they spend a lot of money on the security itself. They at least learned from their mistakes, as hackers pierced Sony a new hole in their ass by completely hacking the PSP.

My advice - get to know the architecture of the console and how it works. If you know that by now, than you are ready to go and explore the security holes on the PS3.

Sorry if my previous post was in a flammatory manner, that wasn't my intention.

Re: PKG encryption

Winrar sceners is another way of basicly calling someone a "noob" i.e. people that talk all bad, but all they can really do is work winrar to extract the "cracks" someone else has coded.

Re: PKG encryption

come on meowmeow there is no need to try and insult people or act like you are sitting on top of the world.I dont see why some people on this site are quick to attack others with there finds. This is a forum for hax talk on PS3.If its a swap a tiff a elf a usb a hard drive whatever.....it doesnt matter we are all here to help the scene and each other and if you are not here for that then dont try and insult others who are tring.
