emulator help
can someone please give me instructions on how to get the nes/snes emulators onto my ps3? i cant figure it out.. this is my first time messing with this stuff.
i need to know where to download it and everything,, im dying to get this working. thanks!! Bill |

download these
SNES9x v4.3.8 Mednafen Rev 7 put the .pkg files on root of usb hdd/flash and put some roms organized in folders. on ps3 power on with a jailbreak device with usb drive plugged in , go to install package in xmb , install the two .pkg files, now there should be some new icons in your xmb under game. launch one and browse to the folder you put your relevant roms and press x or start.

yep , this is a good tutorial on how to jailbreak but before you do anything to your beloved ps3 i recommend you do a lot of googling and reading up to weigh up the pro's and con's of jailbreaking.
but put it like this , i have no regrets about running homebrew at all, its human nature to tinker and 'make better' your belonging's... and on the other hand you have, update your fw and keep playing by $ony's very one-sided rules/commands. the choice is yours.
