^^This... of course sony will find a way to discover if the firmware is spoofed or not, but will take some time, they will find them through certs probably, but sonys security sucks and they haven't implemented any security routine for this yet so I think we will be safe if the firmware spoofer indeed works, at least for a while.

I was just wondering, would this allow someone with two ps3s (one at 3.5 and one jailbroken) to use the data transfer ability, to get copyrighted games/dlc/saves from the 3.5 ps3, and put it on the 3.41 ps3 spoofing 3.5?

Not tested yet, but higly unlikelly since its only a firmware spoof, but you could try and report back your result.

It worked! All my games/dlc/copyrighted saves were transferred off the 3.5 ps3 to the jailbroken ps3 running the spoof!
