PSGrade Added To TI84/TI89
Brandonlwilson has now officially released PS3JB version 0.08.0001 featuring PSGrade support which can be used by changing the "Emulate Jig" option from the Options menu.
In this new release, he has also eliminated the internal payload and users are now forced to hunt down an external payload, which he figures that users will do anyways. SOURCE: http://brandonw.net/ps3jb/

Im guessing the same thing applies here, if you downgrade you won't be able to play blu ray playback
