i have the ps3break 1.0 ATMEL.
It works great with FLIP for programming and the downgrade file works fine also.
No blue-ray disk problem at all.

As far as I can see the problem with the BD are only with certain Fat PS3 models.

Slim models don't seem to have the problem. But to be safe it's maybe better to wait until they found out what is wrong and how to fix it.

Your non upgradable ps3break dongle will never work with anything else....too bad so sad.


And yes, this will kill bluray movies like all other downgraders.....(there seems to be reports of some people still having bluray playback after downgrade...but I doubt this has much to do with which dongle was used)

So backup your flash files before downgrade. BACK THEM UP.

there may or may not be a fix right now, but I am sure you ability to fix it would be better if you had an original dump of the flash files on your own PS3.



In support of PS3break dongles, other than the first little mixup, they have been great. Fast on the updates, have supported all of their products with all the new hexes and features. They have been a great dongle, and I am glad i got one. I would definantly get it again. I now have two, one will be dedicated as a downgrader

hi can someone please help stuck in service mode can downgrade and it loads 3.41 and the log report is in root menu i delete the 3 file lv file 3.41 update and log even formatted usb put lv file 2 on usb but ps3 just turns on and boots up and service mode red box is still there any surgestions please....

I didn't remove the log not sure if that matters, also make sure your not jailbreaking when you do the last steps if I recall correctly
