Fix for blu ray playbak after downgrade.
Download the rar file from this link
http://rghost.net/3537641 Then unrar archive and copy to Internal HDD via FTP server via replacing files. Then bluray movies are working. Enjoy |

EU/PAL updates
Thanks jackieboy8 but I found those updates all by my self, but they are for US/NTSC version, if I'm not mistaken.
I need the firmware 2.10 and 3.41 to my EU/PAL PS3, as it is stated before in this forum, because the US ones doesn't work with this fix! Can anyone help with where to download EU/PAL updates, please?? |

Regarding firmware
PS3 firmware is not US or EU/Pal. It's all the same.
From what I've read it's the dongle (usb downgrade stick) that you're using that's causing the ps3 to think it's a different region when it goes into factory mode so it changes it to that region when you start it --- (people have reported losing blu-ray movie playback when just entering & exiting factory mode -without downgrading) Also read that blu-ray backups that'd been stripped of encryption /region still play as well as the ones from the region that the ps3 has been changed to. |

If you flash the 2.10 US firmware to a PS3 Fat EU just you f*%ked PS3 and you turn it to play games and movies BD only NTSC from PAL. informatively

Ok I downgraded from 3.50 straight to 2.10 and now my ps3 and now my ps3 is frozen in the rebuilding database screen? anyone know what to do?
